| - Where do I begin? We tried making an appointment for Friday, they were busy. No problem. After going back and forth, we finally got one scheduled for Saturday at 12. We made it very clear we all needed to be seen together (there was 4 of us). So we show up at 11:45, check in. At 12:15, I go up to ask when we will be seen considering it's 15 past our appointment time. I was blown off, "oh just 10-15 minutes". Okay so then why wasn't our appointment made for 12:30 instead? We were seated and we didn't begin to get worked on until almost 1 o'clock. 2 of our nails turned out "ok" the other two, debatable. As someone who regularly gets her nails done, the tech I had, was awful. The people who got full sets were finished before me who got a fill, how? I don't know. He didn't clean under my nails, the gel ($15 extra???) was uneven, bubbles and peeling. No lotion, no massage, NOTHING. Absolutely awful. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the lack of wasted time, misinformation, and clear absence of customer service. Sad that a day with my family while on vacation was turned so negative because of our experience.
