  • One of the Wells Fargo branch in Las Vegas I don't normally go to this branch but today I was on this area so I stop and trying to withdraw $4000 on my account so I handed my drivers license and they said there systems nationwide is down so the teller told me she needs to ask me several question to verify my account so I said ok which I thought she's going to ask me my social security like basic question to verify my account but the question are all different first question how many account do I have in wells I said just one savings and checking 2nd question is she said I have Wells Fargo credit card and she's asking how much the limits I said I don't know because I never used it and I saw her the actual card that I have it with me the another question is she said she saw a life insurance and she's asking me how much is the policy account I told her I don't know because my wife set everything and it's all automatic payment after that more question until I got annoyed I told her what else do you need too much question you have my drivers license and atm card so the stupid clerk call a stupid Mgr and told me if you cannot answer the question I cannot withdraw my money because they cannot verify my account so I got pissed and just walk away without my cash I've been banking on this bank since 1990s and this is the first time I have this situation
