  • This location is advertised as full service. It does have post office boxes. You can ship items and pick up mail on hold. You can also apply for a passport and have your passport picture taken. That being said, I have never been here when the staff was the least bit helpful or courteous. There are usually two or three workers present, but only one actually working. i really enjoyed listening to one of them rant about how if someone doesn't respect them they won't show respect back. I can imagine (working in a service industry myself) that there are downright rude people they have to serve, but when you are polite, respectful and patient after waiting in line to be served, it would be nice to deal with a pleasant person. If you don't want to travel to another location, stop here for the convenience. Otherwise, move on.
