  • Mrs and I bought a ram 2500 last week and after finishing all the paperwork went back and bought her a jeep. Long story short they played several shady games with the deals and we took them both back. Jacob the finance manager was a complete jerk and was disrespectful to me and at one point raised his voice telling me "to get my own financing", which I did and had with me yesterday when returning the 2 vehicles. Due to the disrepect we returnes them both and picked up our trades which I now have to have registered again since we had to cancel the plates when we switched the insurance over. They didn't even offer to help us with this process or offer us a temp plate so we could drive the vehicles legally for the day to get them registered and smog checked again. Stay as far away from this place as possible. They lied and tried to trick us and then treated us like second class citizens when we came back. Han the finance director was just as disrespectful and of course I was told the Gm was on vacation. This situation is far from over. This place reminds of the days of the crooked lying salesman in a cheap suit that tells you everything to get your signature. Beware once you sign the attitude shifts greatly towards you. Make sure you check all the math on the deal, they tried to charge me twice for a bedliner and argued with me for 15 minutes. Hassle free lol. This place is nothing but a hassle. Buyer beware and check the yelp reviews. I'm not the only one that had these problems. I wouldn't come back here if they called me and said I won a free car.
