  • I went to the nail salon down the street to get my eyebrows waxed and no one even acknowledged that I had came into the shop. I walked out, got on Yelp, and saw Charlie's Hair I Am was the next closest place that did eyebrow waxing. I called them up to verify they did waxing and see how long it would take since I was in a rush. They said they could take me right away and when I showed up they were ready for me. Julia did a great job with my eyebrows! She was careful and took a lot of time working on me. She was willing to take my feedback and make final touches to liking at the end. She also gave me a first time patient discount which was much appreciated. Thanks!
