  • Echo and Rig is one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. Every time I have been they make me feel like a million dollars. The food is phenomenal and the service is 5 star. When you go, get a table on the patio. During the winter there are plenty of heat lamps and the view is fantastic. They have an amazing butcher shop on the first level so you can purchase meats to take home with you. I recommend ordering a steak when you go there since they are known for their meat. Try the bacon appetizer as well! Enjoy!
