I did all of my negotiations online, so I can't speak for how in-person negotiations would go at this dealership. I came in after a final 'out the door' lease price was set in place. I will say that William was very easy to work with. I came in on a Saturday morning and it was pretty much what I expected: long waits...but that's not out of the ordinary when you're buying a car. It's a long process with lots of paperwork. I finally got through to the Financing side and this is the part of the process that you can't pre-negotiate. I ended up getting the pre-paid maintenance plan, but skipping the extended warranty (which they pushed pretty hard). Christ never made me feel stupid for passing it up, but he definitely pushed it. I completely get that this is how they make their living, so I knew I was in for a tough sell. I'm not a big fan of dealerships, but everyone here seems honest and hardworking, just trying to do good by their customers while still trying to make sales (their whole profession).
I would recommend this dealership for others, but I can't speak highly enough of doing negotiations through email!!!
