Went Wed. Oct. 10 at around 6:15pm as I was having a massive craving for oysters on the half shell after just watchiong a food channel show about them so we showed up at Seafood Market. Have been here maybe twice in seven years and neither time was it great but with such few seafood choices in the East Valley I was desperate. Walked in the door with my daughter and was asked if we wanted a booth or a table by the most "not wanting to be at work" host/manager I've ever seen. We were sat at a booth at I believe was 6:17pm because I just returned a text to my wife. So we sat, then we played a game, then we sat and looked at the menu again. The waiter has been to the booth right beside us twice and made eye contact with me. We sat some more. The person sitting alone next to us called over the waiter to say he ordered blackened what ever he was eating and the waiter took it back to the kitchen. I was now in "lets just see how long this will take mode". The waiter returned the mans plate and then came back several minutes later to make sure it was OK. Well the time is now 6:44 and I am very thirsty so we left. I now understand why during the dinner rush your place was so empty.
