Took my Macbook in for repair. I was going to take it to the actual apple store but the appointment slots were fully book.
My screen was loose and I was told that I would have to leave the Macbook with the store so the "specialists" could examine what was wrong. They said it would take a week and then they would give me a call.
A week past and I was told that they needed some more time to examine the Macbook. I tried contacting the store several times and was rudely hung-up on and told that they were busy.
A MONTH later I walked into the store demanding that they give me my Macbook and was told that they forgot to return my call a couple of weeks prior. I was then told that it would cost me $700 to replace the entire LCD.
I went to the actual apple store the next day and asked if they could diagnose my Macbook and was told that the screw just needed tightening. They tightened it up on the spot.
AVOID GOING TO THESE SO CALLED "APPLE SPECIALISTS"
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, GO TO THE ACTUAL APPLE STORE
