  • Made an appointment to get a Mani and Pedi for the day before my baby shower. When I called to schedule the appointment, I said it was for my baby shower, a gel manicure and that I wanted baby feet nail art one on each hand, the woman on the other end confirmed my appointment then hung up without a have a nice day or even goodbye. This should have been my red flag to go else where. But I figured they must have been busy. When I walked in for my appointment, the woman for my appointment told me I was getting a regular mani pedi and when I mentioned the nail art she replied that she doesn't do that, and in fact no one there does. Even though it states on their website they offer it and I had called asking for it. I figured I'd stay and get the nail art else where, the services went fine other than the fact when I left and got home and looked closer at my nails they are in deed not even fully painted and already started to chip hours later. I haven't done anything to chip my nails. My nails hardly look worked on and I spent all this money for a special day I could have done better myself. It's a shame because the place is so cute and the woman who work there seem nice. They get good reviews so they must be doing something right. My experience was a let down. I wish I could say I'd go back but I don't think it's worth my money.
