  • The kids had a good time and that was very important to me, but the staff was just not interested and not attentive. I paid $15 for pictures and Lot of them weren't great and the majority of the time she wasn't taking pictures, she took them in the beginning of each room and then nothing for 30 minutes straight, the best pictures from the party came from all the people that actually attended. None of the employees smiled or acted like they were happy to be there or joyful to help the kids have fun, this place is so different than the way it used to be. This was the number one place that myself and all my friends would have parties and it just seems like it went downhill. The place is still great to play but the employees need to be more upbeat energetic and more into the parties. The girl checking me out was the only one that even acted like she was happy to be there.
