  • Very friendly staff - UNTIL YOU BUY SOMETHING. My husband and I used to take our kids here to look at the vast selection of reptiles and the staff was always very informative and helpful....however after we purchased a ball python from them: their customer service went out the window. We are currently having issues getting her to eat & they have been entirely annoyed by every inquiry I've made....trying to get advice about an animal THEY sold me. I have been coming to this place for 3 years and now I will not return - what a shame.
