  • I took my car and because I was having some squeaking noise when I would go over speed bumps. They did a diagnostic and I found out it was the upper control arms. I called the dealer and got a quote over the phone and Zemps I was half the price because they were willing to use aftermarket parts and it's a small local business which is good to keep their labor rates low. Aside from cost, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly - honest. They kept me up today on the status of my repair and they let me know when it was ready for pickup. Even threw in a free set of windshield wipers because it was raining and my wipers weren't working properly. I will definitely return for continued repair and service.
