  • Toyota Corolla right front CV boot leak requires front axle replacement? Aftermarket part installed incorrectly causing transmission seal leak. Created a more serious; potentially more costly major repair/ replacement of transmission. Under warranty per company policy; failed to honor repair/replace. Nearly year trying to resolve situation being verbally abused and threatened. Steve Valentine refused to look at the problem attack customer; blaming car. Took to Toyota to assess and repair. Toyota written statement, aftermarket axle improperly installed caused transmission seal to leak creating more serious safety issues; Unneccesary repairs and additional costs. Steve Valentine repeatedly threw us out of the N Hayden Brake Masters store. Verbally abusive, bullying, Intimmidating, threatening, outrageous, egregious; actionable. Violated company policies, alienating customer, causing irreparable harm. Fear mongering, taking advantage of unsuspecting customer; consumer fraud.
