After reading several of the other reviews, it is obvious that is not just me that had a poor experience with the staff. The first girl that I spoke with was nice enough, but as I got further down the line, the staff just got ruder and ruder. No one was actually paying attention to the customers, they were all talking to each other in the back and goofing off. The young man checking me out at the end, Venecia, was very rude. I do not come here very often, but when I do the staff at this location always has terrible customer service and I would know, as I also work in the customer service industry. Just a note to the management, improve your team's customer service or you will just continue to lose clients, it is not that hard.
