  • We have been patrons of Richardson's and Dicks for 20 years but will not go back after this experience. We booked a private dining room for a company party and were informed the day of the party that there was another group in the room but they have an "even better" private dining room that is right near a bathroom and we will love it! We reluctantly agreed, as we had nowhere else to take our employees for our annual company holiday party. The "private dining room" was 2 tables in the back of the noisy restaurant right by a kitchen and gross bathroom. Throughout the night, customers from the bar passed through our group on the way to the bathroom (which we had to wait in line to use). We were overcharged inflated contract private dining room rates (even though we were kicked out of our reservation for said room), service was bad, the server was argumentative and the food was barely warm and tasted terrible. Steaks were cooked wrong and "tenderloin" was more like some tough sirloin I couldn't cut through. Sauces were not good and also luke-warm. Sadly, we won't be back again.
