Too big, parking inadequate, not enough luggage carts. At check in, in order to get the parking pass, we got a high pressure sales pitch to attend the 90 minute presentation. We said no 5 times, not interested, finally had to be a little rude as it was 10pm and we were tired after traveling. The units are nice, well furnished, and comfortable beds. However when we checked out we forgot some clothing in a drawer. Called the next day and it wasn't turned in so we assume the housekeepers stole it. I doubt the next guest wanted used lingerie and lounge wear. My question is how much stuff is stolen but not noticed by guests until they are home? We have 3 timeshares and have traveled all over the world and this was our worst overall experience.
