  • As a self-proclaimed bubble tea connoisseur, I take my bubble teas very seriously. That being said, Chatime is definitely up there for me in terms of quality, service and price. This location in particular has fast service, although depending on the time and day you can expect long lines. The cashiers are fast and attentive so the line moves fast. The order is prepared quite quickly compared to other Chatimes I have been to *ahem* Chatime on Dundas St W I'm looking at you *ahem* My go-to drink is honey black tea with tapioca with light ice or original milk tea. HOWEVER, the best bubble tea I have ever had was the Rose mousse bubble tea. I love anything rose so this was right up my tastebud alley!! The employees at this location made it with care and paid attention to the little details like adding the matcha powder on top (and adding extra when I asked them to). When I found out the drink was only seasonal I was so disappointed- I wish they would make it permanent. CHATIME IF YOURE READING THIS..ITS NOT TOO LATE The only downfall is the location. Its not in a high-traffic area of Square One beside Tim Hortons and Sportchek on the lower level. TIP: Use your Vicinity points card with every purchase. Points add up for free toppings or free drinks or discounted drinks- its a win-win! I recently got a free drink including a topping.
