  • Service! Service! Service! This place has exceptional customer service and every single one of their staff went above and beyond leaving our table impressed! We were in Vegas for a trifecta of birthdays, my husbands, A girlfriends and a guy friends all within the same week! Our friend Laurie wanted to go to The Palms because she was dying to have the 3 lb lobster and so we're we after she mentioned it! The restaurant is really nice and has a great atmosphere to it! The murals on the walls of celebrities made for great conversation pieces all evening. The 3 lb lobster was huge and delicious! And their mushrooms, mashed potatoes and asparagus sides were sensational! Their drinks were strong and they had a great selection! My favorite part of the experience was the lemon squeezed into my hands followed by a warm wet napkin after dinner! Another part of our experience that I appreciated was when our waiter brought out a whole 3 lb lobster for the birthday girl to take a picture with it! Such a great night and dinner! Well be back on our next Vegas getaway!
