  • Went in and asked a few questions as I was looking for something to make a cultural dish my grandmother used to make. The answer was delivered in a very insulting way linking my request to dog food and I was then referred to Food City or Lee Lee because they "sell anything." I had other meat purchases to make but since the individual in question turned and walked into the back room, I decided to make them elsewhere. Rather I went to a local farmers market and bought what I was inquiring about directly from a rancher. No insults. A simple no would have sufficed. Definitely lost my business as I have recently transitioned from being vegan to eating meat agin. I try to buy local but not here.
