  • I was very disappointed with there service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!! We set up the visit and was informed of everything that would be done when they sprayed. Jeff was the tech who came out to my house, he was very nice I even walked around with him the entire time he was at my home. He was nice and friendly explained everything he was doing. When he left we received the itemized statement of what was done. When we realized he wrote on there things that he didn't do that were suppose to be done. We then contacted the office and was transferred to the manager who raised his voice and was very rude then hung up on us. They didn't call me back so I called them. When I spoke to the front office lady she said we were disconnected, but if so why didn't I receive a call. I asked to speak to anyone above the manager because he was so rude and unprofessional to find out he is the owner. I asked to have another tech come and finish spraying and was yelled at once again by the owner. He told me "I will not pay someone else to go out and spray either you get jeff or you get nothing". I was referred to this company from a former employer because of the prices but they cut corners then refuse to fix the issues. Finally after calling them 3 times and being yelled at and called a liar because there reciept from the tech stated he did the service. (WHICH IS ILLEGAL) The owner called jeff and was informed the truth but never apologized and was still extremely rude!. I had no choice but to agree for jeff to finish the job that should have been done right the first time a few days earlier. I will never use there company and do not recommend anyone else to use them either. The manager/owner was very rude, arrogant and unprofessional i have never been treated this way and would expect more from the owner of the company. I was extremely nice and calm the entire time but had to give the phone to my sister who was treated the same way. I guess he didn't like that i wanted them to come back out and fix the problem. I don't know how he has any business with his type of service. Thank goodness we know someone who is experienced with these chemicals who knew we were being cheated out of our money. If only they would have just fixed the issue with out being so viscous and screaming at me and my sister over the phone. Now I will find a different pest control company that is more professional and have better customer service skills, anything is better compared to this.
