rev:text	This place does not understand what customer service is. Multiple times I have waited much longer than I had been told for the shuttle service and the feeling I get is that I should just be grateful for the service, whether I have to wait over an hour or not. Last week when I called to see how much longer it would be before they picked me up, the receptionist put me on hold and then came back and told me that all she could tell me is that I was on the list to be picked up. When I asked if there was any way to contact the driver to see how much longer, she said they had no way to contact him. Really? Your driver has not discovered the magic of the cell phone? [thoughts I kept to myself] Ironically, a few minutes later that same driver managed to find a phone to call me and apologize for having forgotten me. Nice. Next we find out that the key fob no longer works. Worked when we dropped it off. Didn't know it wasn't working since they drove the car to us - so did they just ignore the fact that it wasn't working? Got it home and it wouldn't lock the car. Tried changing the battery. Nope. So first thing today I left a message asking what I needed to do to have them fix the key fob. No call back. Called the main service number this afternoon and no one answered just as had happened when I was trying to reach someone the week before after I again had no response to a message I had left. Someone in another state answered the call again. So I can't call them and they don't return messages. Sounds like we need to find a new repair shop. Beware of this place unless you have a lot of time to waste and don't care if anyone returns your calls or answers their phone.
