  • The hotel was fine. Anthony, the bartender, was FANTASTIC and wonderfully pleasant and friendly. His drinks were STELLAR. We also had the pleasure of having Brittany, the chef, come to our table and describe her dishes. Her food was Iron Chef worthy! Delicious!!!! However, in reviewing the amenities, I have to say that the hotel is a little less than stellar. The ice machine outside the room wasn't even plugged in, so this took a journey to fill our bucket. When asked, a staff member didn't know where one was, just said the hotel was under renovations. The Grab and Go was lackluster. My biggest issue was the air conditioning. When the air was running, I got very cold, and got under the blankets...no problem. But when the air/fan stopped, the room got warm again; off with the blankets. Blankets on, blankets off, blankets on, blankets off...all night. I did not sleep very well at all. I did not wake up refreshed, in any sense of the word. I can only hope the renovations take care of this, or I won't stay again.
