  • This has to be the worst medical practice I have ever gone too...i was seen by their PA Kareen Anderson my appt was at 9 he decided to walk in at 11:30..basically told me my neck was messed up..prescribed meds but never sent them to my pharmacy thank god their on call Dr was available to take care of this for me being that it was a sat appt.Needless to say I never want to see this unprofessional man again. So I decided to give a Dr a chance and get injections because of the discomfort..Dr Putlitz was amazing and so was the staff at the surgical center in Sun City..Dr Putlitz please get yourself a new surgery scheduler..Nancy never explained anything regarding this procedure as far as the financial part..this went towards my deductible which she failed to explain how would I know never had this done before..so now I get a bill for an outrageous amount because I haven't met my deductible which I would of declined these injections if I had known this would apply to my deductible..I contacted their billing department was suppose to hear back still waiting..also left 4 messages for Melissa the office supervisor still waiting for that call too..Will never return to The Core Institute..and they won't get a penny from me either..
