  • at the Crocker Park Food Truck Challenge i wanted to try the Wok N Roll truck more than any other. i've wanted a Banh Mi sandwich for a long time but whenever i see them on a menu they're always pretty expensive. since i had come for this truck only, i went ahead and splurged. i ordered the Banh Mi with no cilantro. i'm one of those people who hates the taste of cilantro. the sandwich was great. really very enjoyable. the bread was good. the veggies were good and the pork was delicious. i'll admit, though, that the pork was not what i would consider to be authentic. maybe i'm wrong but it was more of a pulled pork - the style of which you'd find on a southern style sandwich. whatever, it was great. i'd definitely get it again and would be interested in trying some other things at Wok N Roll.
