  • Awful, horrible, don't waste your time, money, or sanity! Went 11 days without A/C in June/July of 2013, office staff listens to complaints and does nothing, follow up on issues is horrible. Currently, no water all day and a notice making it sound as if it's the City of Tempe's fault. Thought I'd call and double check....it's not a City of Tempe issue, it's a property issue.
