  • I refuse to give this place a star, but I had to to post this. I have a membership to this place and I refuse to step foot in it again. It was great until I got my hair done by Jessica and it was no joke yellow and patchy it was horrible, I paid for the service with the owner right there and she didn't say anything to me. I left got home called and the owner of the salon asked me if she had put developer in my hair now why they heck would u ask me I didn't go to school for this and I didn't do my own hair, this happened on a Friday she couldn't get me back in to see someone until Tuesday! WHAT A JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT! No call to see how my hair was or if I had gotten it fixed HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EVERY LEVEL!! I will NEVER go back!!!!
