  • I received the best customer service I have ever had at a Panera tonight. I really don't remember all of the crew's names... maybe one was named Jackie... but they made me want to come back for sure. My salad was made quickly, They weren't skimpy with ingredients, and EVERYONE WAS IN AN AWESOME MOOD!!! I hate going in to a place and you can tell the people don't want to be there. This crew was not like that at all. Hats off to the night crew on 1.4.17
