  • BEWARE! This is a typical Bait & Switch Car dealership. Called the dealer regarding a new car advertised on their website. I was told by the Internet Sales Manager that the car is available and we both agreed on an Out the Door price. I informed the Sales Manager that my wife and I would be there the following morning to purchase the car. That night before closing, we called to confirm the vehicle was still available and also confirmed by email. Upon arriving the next morning to buy the car, we were told by three different employees the following including the same person who I spoke to on the telephone. Number one, the car was sold 3 weeks ago. Number two, the car is used as a loaner vehicle and has 3,000 miles on it. Number 3, the car is at another lot but they can't find it. They told us that they update their website every day, but did not know why everyone had a different story. Finally, they offered us a another vehicle for thousands of dollars over and above their original agreed upon price. THIS DEALERSHIP IS OLD SCHOOL SWITCH AND BAIT. MOTTO: TELL THEM WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET THEM INTO A NEW CAR. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THEY WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE.
