  • These cupcakes are definitely from a mix. I am well acquainted with cake mix cupcakes and that is what these taste like. If you've never baked from scratch or had cupcakes from a true bakery, these are acceptable. I like White Flour Cake Shoppe and Cupcake Binge doesn't come close. Regardless of these being from a mix or not, I wouldn't go back. The cup cakes were mediocre and the icing was grainy and way too sweet. We bought four and ended up pitching two of them. If you want a successful business make a product people want more of and will recommend to their family and friends. One bad review won't kill your business if others like your product.
