| - Service not complete, service summary and services completed not correct, this was the second service that no points were added to my points program, i was told i was going to receive a call on Monday and no call received. To my surprise i found a receipt for Marcos pizza in my vehicle that was delivered to shop, time stamp confirms it was while my vehicle was in for service, still have receipt for proof.
Had a bed liner installed in my truck, was installed warped, does not lay flat and is wavy, was told it would flatten in summer, 2 summers ago. Paying $40,000+ for a vehicle with services department sub par, will not purchase any vehicle there in future.
Service department poor, sales department very good. My apologies to sales for having service department lose my business.
