  • I have been to Firestone a few times over the last year and a half or so, maybe it's time to write a review!! I was a graduate student at UNLV looking for a place to get an oil change that was close to school. The folks at Firestone were quick, friendly, and very professional. I later went for an alignment. I couldn't afford the unlimited alignment special and went with the one time deal. I didn't feel pressured or judged or harassed to spend more than I could, and that was really nice. Recently, I went to get two tires since there was a nail in my front one and it was about time to switch two out. Shelby was prompt, helpful, and so personable. It's really important to me as a woman that I feel comfortable, safe from haggling or feeling ripped off, and talked to like an adult. It was really nice and very typical of my experiences there. I will surely go back to them for my next oil change and any other car needs.
