There seem to have been some miscommunication with what I was told. However, with that being said, one of the chiropractics promptly reached out to me and explained the billing confusion. My insurance sent me an EOB but I was informed I wouldn't be receiving a bill from them for anything. My review was solely based on this. The massage and adjustment itself were both great.
I was contacted via Linked in from one of the chiropractors to come in for a free adjustment and massage. He informed me to bring my medical insurance but that they were only going to run it to find out if I was covered with future services.
I was told that I was covered, etc and just received a notice from my insurance company that the doctor was out of network and I may be billed for the original service. I was offered a free service and shouldn't be charged at all. I would not recommend this practice if they are pulling shady stuff and I definitely am not paying this bill. I have proof that the service offered that day was supposed to be
