  • We always got good service here so we joined their value club. We've had problems with them ever since. Once they had me waiting for about 10 minutes while the girl searched for 4 missing shirts, which it turned out we already had; someone just forgot to enter it in their system when we picked them up. Then we got a shirt back missing a button, so the next time we dropped clothes off we asked them to fix it. They didn't, so we brought it back again. This time they put a button on but it was loose, so we brought it back again. We got it back with the button still loose AND they put a hole in the shirt. Both of the girls working there remembered putting in tickets to have the button fixed, and yet it was not fixed. I don't blame the people at this location since they send everything out, but we will not be bringing our clothes to any Delia's location again.
