Fortunately, their food has progressively gotten better over the years. Unfortunately, their customer service is simply abysmal. They did not deliver the food on the day it was supposed to be delivered. They gave me a window (extremely late for me) and finally after 9pm I asked for a status. They texted back saying it wouldn't be delivered today, but didn't really give a reason. Then the next day they wouldn't return my inquiries with anything substantial. So I'm forced to go buy food to eat, when that's the reason I pay $170 a week to not have to do just that. There are a lot of meal prep companies in town, and with poor customer service, it's best for me to just start back up with one of them. A day late means missed meals and food past their guaranteed freshness date by the time I eat them. That's lost money, and that's unacceptable.
