  • These guys are a really good shop. Brian and Don are honest and give options. I took two cars to them after the dealer specified certain "required" repairs. Qualified did a complete inspection and came back with a reasonable price. They recommended some repairs and guided me to wait on others. The best part of Qualified Auto is they stand behind their word. I had a miscommunication regarding an inspection fee and they didn't charge me even though they could have. I am a customer for life. There is only one reason they don't get 5 stars. It does take some time for them to inspect the vehicle and come back with a diagnosis. If you don't have another car it could be very inconvenient.
