  • The meat selection is amazing! The table side rib eye was so tender! The shrimp was soooo good. The bacon wrapped filet was tender and very flavorful! The red sangria was also good. Our only complaint is the coffee. It tasted like instant. Extremely strong and as soon as It started to cool down it was sooooo bitter. I understand most people are not ordering coffee so why not have one of those single cup machines. The only other thing was they had fried rice to go with black beans. A nice white rice would have been so much better. Our server was Vinny and he was amazing. He was very attentive and took his time with us. We have been to another Brazilian steakhouse on the strip and Via Brazil kicked their butt with the food and service. We will most definitely be back!
