  • Be very careful with this company and dealership!! 1. Unlike any dealership I know there is no Finance department!! No you cant sit down and figure out very important finance nuances like the "Money factor and residual"!Its all done on the phone with College kids or on computer application!! The sales people will tell you its 2500.00 down to build and order a Tesla and then it will cost you around 1400.00 to lease or buy the car!! Well when the car finally shows up the pseudo smoke and mirrors so called finance dept hits you with numbers like 16K down and 1600.00 a month... I told them keep the car and refund me!! Unless you are paying cash for a car stay away from a dealership like this horrorshow!? On top of all this I ordered the vehicle to be delivered end of March and no sooner; well the car mysteriously shows up 6 weeks earlier!! Tesla then calls and says you need to pick up your car or we will sell it and you will loose your initial 2500 deposit?!?! The Tesla cars are stored at a strip mall surrounded by desert Terrain!! Iam sure cars get filthy and destroyed by the elements as they have no proper storage.. I called corporate with no return call!! Customer service sucks!! When you compare this company to Audi,Porsche or Range Rover it pales in comparison they have a long way to go!! Signed Hans Berndes MD PC
