I was due to have an appointment on Dec 31st at 12:30. However there was miscommunication and I received a phone call at 11:15 asking if I was coming in for my appointment. The receptionist told me if I was there at 11:30 then I would be fine. I rushed out of my house, nearly got into a car accident and hit by a car only to get there exactly at 11:30 and was told by the receptionist that I was late and that I could not get my waxing as planned. I was also told then that Laura (the waxer that I was scheduled with) had taken another client. While I understand things happen and miscommunication can occur on both ends I am upset and disappointed that I was told if I was there by 11:30 then I would still get my waxing. I would not have rushed out of my house otherwise. While I enjoyed my experience the first time I went to Urban Wax I do not think that I will be returning again due to the fault of the receptionist.
