  • Extremely shady billing department. Taking advantage of people by leaving out billing information and charging you thousands more than they originally tell you because of a waiting period that you were on for another 3 weeks. My insurance company blames them and says that's their responsibility and they blame my insurance company. Can never get ahold of them by phone, yet they claim to call regularly. I really wish I listened to those other reviews before coming here. I do want to specify that the rest of my experience here was great. Everyone here was great. But I would never return as long as their incredibly rude and uncaring billing rep Susan, works there.
