  • I was awed before setting foot into this new Winestore location in Cornelius. The corner location is well lit with many windows that call your attention esp. at night. Upon entering, you won't be overwhelmed with "wine everywhere." Don't get me wrong, there are myriad selections available but the layout of the store renders a welcoming feel that invites you in before overpowering you with the selections. The tasting area allows you to select your size (a taste, half glass, full glass). As you experience your wine tasting, you can peruse the wine selections categorized by white and red, then by preferences (light, medium, full-bodied). The setup is great. Ian and Anna will provide great assistance. If there is something you can't find in the store, don't hesitate to ask. The store is open and airy and for me, the only thing missing are comfy lounging chairs.
