  • My favorite Hertz Airport location by a mile....this place is always slammed, but the folks who work here are super friendly. I always have the same group of ladies working the check-in counter when I arrive. They ALWAYS greet you with a smile and are extremely helpful...you can really tell that they enjoy their job. Returning your car is a piece of cake too. They always have more than enough folks there to get you out in less than a minute. Heads up...if you fill your win tank with gas...bring the receipt...this is one of few Hertz locations that does ask for it. No biggie...just be prepared. A big salute to the branch manager that runs the Pittsburgh Airport Location....very well done!
