  • September 25, 2015 Dear Dr. Tack, Dr. Wiggers, Susie T. and BCAH family, I would like to thank everyone for the beautiful flowers I received after Teddy's passing. It was a very thoughtful gesture of sympathy. BCAH is and has always been a class act. Thank you to Dr. Tack and Dr. Wiggers for providing excellent care to Teddy; especially during his last six months. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the BCAH family for always being responsive to my telephone calls of concern and making the time to see Teddy, even on a moment's notice. BCAH's professionalism and customer service excels over all the other veterinarian offices I have previously patronized. Dr. Tack, you have an awesome staff; everyone is very professional and compassionate, and they make every "parent" feel that their "kid" is like family to them. A very special thank you must go to Dr. Tack for coming to my home when it was time to say goodbye to Teddy.
