  • I made a 1 pm appt. I had to listen to two personal calls the receptionist made Lots of laughing and complaining about how crazy work was and she was also sharing medical info about a friend or relative. At 2pm I ask how much longer. She says we are busy. You are next. I was not next. When I went back to area the technician she had to fill in all the computer files which took 10 more min.
