  • Terrible customer service and long wait times. The store is empty and the wait time is still long. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out the assistant manager Stephanie met me with distaste. Rather than calling her employee to meet me at the front I was sent to the back and then Sent back to the front again. Then while waiting in line for my tire I approached the desk to ask how much longer and she said it's done but you need to wait. I have waited 76 minutes for one tire to be placed on one rim. Then while in the store another customer who also had to deal with this poor customer service could not keep their cool and blew up in the store. They just asked her to leave instead of fixing the situation. This store should be shut down. I have had great experiences T the Henderson location.i suggest going there if you have to use pep boys or just going somewhere else. I will never come here again.
