  • An absolute waste of my time. My appointment was at 3:00, was instructed to arrive early, as I was a new patient. I checked in at 2:40 pm. I was supposed to have a blood test and an exam as this was my first prenatal appointment. Did not get into a room until an hour and a half after arrival and was finally seen two hours after arrival. During that time I was told that it was too late to do my lab work, as the lab closes at 4:30 (at that point it was 4:40-4:45). So two hours wasted just to be handed a booklet regarding information of what medicines I can take and being talked to about genetic tests they run....oh and to confirm my positive pregnancy test. During my wait in the waiting room I asked the receptionist why the long wait, as people who came in after me were already brought to the back and seen leaving. I also asked the nurse who brought me back and did my vitals. During those times shouldn't there have been a discussion with me to inform me of the wait or possibly rescheduling an appointment? Complete disregard for patients and their time and lack of communication between employees. Go elsewhere, this place is a joke.
