  • Worst company I have ever dealt with. My family has been with this company before they were known as northwest landscape and before Saul Alvarez took over. Ever since he did we had constant issues ranging from random charges on our invoices, workers never showing up on scheduled dates and then charging us for it, telling us they were going to do a certain project but never hearing about it again. Finally they changed our account manager and we also had the owner Saul come out and meet us so we could all get this resolved. We had a good talk and he told us how he was going to do all this stuff to help us out and we were also going to have them trim all 18 palm trees on one property and he said awesome no problem. He told me, as he was leaving, he would have our new account manager get in contact with us to get everything back in order. Well that came about 3 weeks later, he finally called asked a few questions and that was it. Then he called me back the next day and said we have to cancel your service! So after all that you're just stopping our service with no warning, not even finishing out the month, nothing. The worst part is they didn't care, our account manager bob was rude and didn't care about anything and Saul is a push over and can't deal with conflict. Also Saul tried lying to us multiple times about things he thought he told us and did but I keep all emails and everything we talk about. Be careful when dealing with this company
