  • Ive only written two letters of complaint in my life, and they have both been for the Neighborhood Walmart store # at 730 E Mc Kellips Rd. 85203. Both complaints are about rude, ill equipped and/or poorly trained staff in regards as to how to handle an unhappy customer. Long story short, train your staff, most of them are so droll and uninspired, it really is sad and depressing and a bit disgusting to filter my hard earned my through people that do not know how to deal with the public, if I weren't busy at work I would write a 4 paragraph description, but sadly, I know it wouldn't make a difference, not even to corporate. I have had enough, I will never return to this store
