  • Made an appointment here for gel nails and a pedicure cause I thought the website looked decent enough. Perhaps the worst pedicure I have ever received. She didn't cut my nails or scrub my feet and I had to ask for lotion before I left cause my feet were painfully dry. I had to ask for lotion! Two days later I have a chip in the nail polish. For the bio gel nails, she started while I was getting my pedicure. There was no filing and she was rough. Her own sharp nails kept digging into me and she used them to push down my cuticles. One of my nails is off center and pointed to the side, when I mentioned this she blamed my nail even though I had not had this problem at any other place I've ever had my nails done. At one point someone had grabbed my file off the table and tossed it in the garbage. To my dismay she pulled it out and started using it on me. I was stunned into silence instead of saying something and protesting the act. I was shocked because at first they bring everyone out their own package of tools. Visually 9/10 nails look good but one is already loose two days later and a French tip is bubbly. Just to top it all off, I wasn't offered a quick massage. Why you could check them out: you get a cash discount, there is a cute dog, pedicure is fast and they churn people out (probably due to the low standard of what actually constitutes a pedicure). They have some super neat nail designs on the wall that I was impressed with.
