My husband and I rolled our checking accounts over from Chase Bank to B of A. We have been in a couple times since we initially opened the account over a year ago. Underwhelmed at their customer service each time but today was the final straw.
We came in 10am on a Tuesday to get a couple cashiers checks and have some documents notarized for a house we are closing on. Of course going through the docs takes a little bit of time. We were there for about 20 mins and still not through the docs so I politely asked where the restrooms were. To my surprise, the banker said to me 'we don't have public bathrooms.' I was shocked. I am a client, have been for over a year. It's not like I am some bum off the street waltzing in to use their toilet!
So B of A doesn't trust me enough to use their bathroom but I should trust them with my money? Really? Talk about 'crappy' customer service! Just kidding, but seriously, I was only going to go #1!
